RV - No Hook Up.............$32.00-40.00

*Weekends have a minimum 2 night stay to reserve,  Holidays and Events have minimum 3,4 or 5 night stay/Full Hook-up week stay to reserve.

Discounted Rates Before Memorial Day and after Labor Day

Cancellation Policy:  2 week notice or 30 day notice for holidays and Jones County Fair, Field of Dreams week and event weekends for any refund.  Full amount due if not cancelled in time, no exceptions. Any cancellations that are not made before the required timeframe are not refunded.

$10 cancellation fee and non-refundable reservation/convenience fee applies

Check-in times 1 p.m. until dusk and check-out time before 12 noon.   2 hour $10.00 early arrival or late departure fees apply, must be approved first, no exceptions. More than 2 hours requires an extra day fee, no exceptions.

ABSOLUTELY NO CARRY-IN FIREWOOD   We value our trees.

We sell it here and deliver it to your site. NO EXCEPTIONS.
